How I help

How I can help

As a Child, Adolescent and Family Psychotherapist, I support young people with a wide range of emotional and developmental challenges, including:

  • relationship difficulties at home or school

  • anxiety, low mood, or low self-esteem

  • challenges around eating or body image

  • aliyah adjustment

  • life transitions and gap year

  • recovering after loss or trauma

Many families can feel 'stuck' or find themselves repeating painful patterns. Therapy offers a warm, reflective space to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and help young people feel more settled, confident, and connected.

Along side a relational and exploratory approach, I work in a solution-focused and values-guided way. This means helping children and young people develop greater emotional flexibility, learn how to relate differently to difficult thoughts or feelings and move towards what matters to them.

I can work individually with young people as well as with parents, or parents and children together.

I offer short and long-term psychotherapy for children, adolescents, parents and families. I am fluent and can work in English and/or Hebrew
